Who’s Got Rochester’s Best Sushi?

I’m a big fan of sushi. It started for me when I was just a kid. There was a family we were close friends with and the mother of the family was of Japanese ancestry. She made some incredible sushi rolls whenever we’d come over for dinner. It was really the only place I got the opportunity to enjoy sushi growing up.

As I’ve gotten older, my opportunities to try sushi have expanded. Now, there are even several restaurants right here in Rochester that offer it. I just love how creative sushi rolls have gotten these days and I love to try new varieties whenever possible.

Some of the great places for sushi here in Rochester include Ichi Tokyo, Osaka, and Jenpachi. Sushi Nishiki also had great sushi, although word on the street was that it has closed, at least temporarily. A quick call to the phone number on their website went unanswered.
