Like most Minnesotans, I enjoy a good sandwich for lunch some days. But I'm not sure I'd spend $1,500 and six months of my life to make a sandwich, like this Minnesota native did.

Who would do such a thing Well, Twin Cities native Andy George would. And did. He recently produced a series of videos detailing the steps involved in making a sandwich completely from scratch. BringMeTheNews.com says, "George grew the vegetables for his sandwich. He harvested the wheat to make the bread. Milked a cow and made the cheese … extracted oil from the sunflowers he grew by using a home-made press … flew to the coast to collect ocean water and boil down the salt."

Why did he go to such lengths for just a sandwich? Well, turns out he's the host of a new TV show called “How to Make Everything.” So how'd his sandwich turn out? Check it out...
