You might soon notice some changes to the drive-up screen at Taco Bells in Rochester. The fast-food chain says they're committed to offering more vegan and vegetarian options in 2019 and making them more visible for consumers.

Taco Bell currently has a bunch of vegetarian and vegan menu options and is currently testing 28 new meatless meals at select markets. If they are popular they'll roll the new items out to all markets. Elizabeth Matthews, Taco Bell's chief food Innovation officer, told Forbes: "We've always been a safe haven for vegetarians because we already have so many options. Many people just don't know it."

The company's website says, "No Meat? No Problem! Vegetarians rejoice - Taco Bell®’s Vegetarian Menu is certified by the American Vegetarian Association (AVA) and includes vegetarian options that will satisfy all your cravings." See what they currently offer here.
