Another Popular Restaurant In Rochester Is Closing

The news is coming as a shock to the community but unfortunately, another long-standing restaurant is closing for good in Rochester, Minnesota.

Carlos O'Kelly's is Closing in Rochester, Minnesota

According to a story that KTTC posted on Tuesday, April 19th, Carlos O'Kelly's on the frontage road at 4825 Hwy. 52 North in Rochester will be closing.  It was indicated that they will be serving for the last time on Sunday, April 24th, 2022.

I reached out to the company to learn more but as of now, I haven't heard back.  I couldn't find anything on their website or a social media page with details.  If I do hear more information, I'll provide some updates here and also post an update on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio.

You can now get new tires, buy some paint, pick up some milk, AND get your ears pierced all in one place in Rochester, Minnesota.  Walmart!  Yep, a new store has just opened inside of the Walmart in NW Rochester.

I heard a rumor that a new store was opening soon inside the Walmart North store in Rochester.  It's actually a place that I used to shop at a lot when I was a teenager and if I'm completely honest, I still get a few items there from time to time because the price is extremely affordable.  I never thought that I'd see this store pop up in a Walmart though!  Yep, Claire's.  Read more about that store opening here.
