I'm counting down the days until I can ditch the shovel and grab my clubs. This whole "April Fools" snowstorm thing? Yeah, I'm over it.

I'm itching for some sunshine and those sweet, sweet fairway views. And guess what? We're getting some seriously cool upgrades at two of Rochester's best golf courses!

In case you missed it, Whistle Binkies opened a 3rd location. They're calling it Binks on the Links and it is now officially open at Northern Hills Golf Course, bringing their signature grub and brews right to the 19th hole.

But wait, there's more! Eastwood Golf Course is also about to welcome a brand-new spot, and trust me, you're going to want to check this out.

I got the inside scoop from the mastermind chef behind Casa Blanca, 507 (Pub)lic House, and Chez Bojji. Get ready to welcome The Eastwood Caddyshack Kitchen & Bar! They're shooting for a May 1st opening and will be open year-round.

Fun fact, Chef Bojji is actually up for best chef again!!

Since 2023, the Favorite Chef competition has been igniting the culinary world, uniting top chefs, passionate home cooks, and creative food artists in an epic showdown of skill and flavor—all while supporting James Beard Foundation!

Some have closed now, but I checked out the Food Networks website, the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives website, and TVFoodMaps.com to find all of the Minnesota restaurants that have been featured on their channel in the past and found these 37 (in no particular order) that are still open.
