Growing up, my brothers and I would always go tubing when it snowed. We use to have a blast back in Colorado. One of our favorite places to go was in the mountains. They had this standing lift that would take you to the top of the mountain, then you would jump in the tub and ride to the bottom. We would do this for hours!

Well, I found out that we have a hill like that in Minnesota. The hill is located a little North of Minneapolis. It is called Elm Creek Tubing Hill. The official opening date is December 18th at 4:00 pm according to their website. The hill is part of the Three Rivers Park District.

I was talking to a friend in town and he was telling me that it is a blast. He said there are multiple lanes which means many folks can enjoy the hill at one time. He said that it is perfect for all ages.

If you are looking at taking the family it is $15 a person for two hours of tubing. For every additional hour, it is an extra $3. They have set hours and holiday hours based on when the kiddos are on break. Here is what the website says.
