Do you remember the creepy dolls that made the news all over the world last Halloween?  If you missed that story, the freaky, creepy dolls were from our very own town, Rochester, Minnesota.  And...they're back.

The History Center of Olmsted County teased everyone on their Facebook page that if you don't like creepy, you may just want to snooze their page for a bit because the Creepy Doll Contest is happening again in 2020.

The eerie Creepy Dolls have risen once more to save Halloween 2020 from stay-at-home boredom! 9 new doll contestants from the History Center’s museum collection compete to win the October 2020 Creepy Doll Contest. - History Center of Olmsted County

This year, there are 9 new dolls that are super creepy and you can see them all on display in October at the History Center of Olmsted County.  If you love spooky, you have to go.  If you are already a bit unsure and you've got some goosebumps, you probably won't appreciate the fact that the History Center of Olmsted County also said, "our ominous artifacts aren't actually alive (as far as we know), but the Creepy Dolls are hoping you visit as they are dying to meet you!"

Voting starts on October 14th and will run until the 28th on History Center of Olmsted County's Facebook and Instagram pages.

If you missed out on the creepy dolls from last year...scroll through the pics below and see who the creepy winner was in 2019.

Creepy Doll Contest 2019

This year, the winner of the Creepy Doll Contest will be crowned at a Virtual Creepy Doll Cocktail Party.  And...there is more creepy fun too!  If you love dressing up, there is a Creepy Doll Costume Pageant that is perfect for you.  Find all the info and visiting hours for the Olmsted County History Center here.
