GAME ON! Mario Kart Tournament Is Back At Rochester’s Mayo Civic Center
Nathan Herber was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a few years ago, right after his 4th birthday. The child immediately began a two-and-a-half-year treatment plan. Mario and Luigi were along for the ride and helped Nathan escape reality during those difficult treatments.
Doctors will continue to monitor Nathan, but thankfully, his treatment was successful and he is now in remission. The Herber family is extremely grateful for everyone that made their journey a little easier. To pay it forward, they host a huge Mario Kart Tournament each year to raise funds for organizations that can help other families that will face similar situations in the future.
