Heads-up For Users Of Downtown Rochester Parking Ramps
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - It’s spring cleaning time for Rochester’s downtown city-owned parking ramps, which means they will be closed for a day or two.
The ramps need to be closed for washing, painting and restriping.
Contract customers will have access to other facilities during the closure periods.
All vehicles must be out of the ramp by 6 p.m. on the evening preceding the maintenance work or they will be towed at the owner’s expense.
The first closure is this weekend and will affect the Center St. Ramp. Entrances will be closed at 2:00 pm Friday and all vehicles need to be out by 6:00 pm.

- May 6-8 Center Street Ramp
- May 20-22 3rd Street Ramp
- May 24 (Tuesday) *Civic Center Ramp
- May 27-29 2nd Street Ramp
- June 3-5 1st Street Ramp
- June 10-12 Ramp 6
*Monday 5/23 overnight closure of Civic Center Ramp with Tuesday 7AM-10PM wash and striping, re-opened by Wednesday 5AM.
