Officials say the body was sent to the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office, which performed an autopsy and identified the body as 18-year-old D’Andrea Sanvig of Luck, WI. Sanvig has been missing since April 11, when he reportedly fell into the river from an overlook at Interstate Park near the Taylor Falls Area.

Search and rescue teams tried to search for the young man for several days, however their efforts were limited by high and fast water caused by springtime flooding.
