
Elderly Driver Taken to Hospital After Crashing on Minnesota Highway
Rushford, MN (KROC-AM News)- An elderly motorist was injured after crashing on a southeast Minnesota highway.

He was the only person involved in the crash at a Fillmore County intersection.
The State Patrol responded to the single-vehicle crash shortly after 8:30 Tuesday morning.

91-Year-Old Motorist Taken to Hospital After Crashing Pick-up on Hwy. 43 in Rushford, MN
The crash occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 43 and East Park St. in Rushford.
A southbound pick-up left the roadway to the right then smashed into a parked car, light pole and fire hydrant, the state crash report says.
91-year-old Myron Dale Bunke of Rushford was identified as the driver of the pick-up. He was taken to a hospital in Winona for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Bunke was buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state crash report indicates.
The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, Rushford Police Department and Rushford Ambulance also responded to the crash.
