Motorcyclist Fighting for His Life After MN Construction Zone Crash, Alcohol Involved
Goodhue, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcyclist is fighting for his life following a crash in a southeast Minnesota construction zone.

There was a passenger also riding on the three-wheel motorcycle. The State Patrol responded to the collision shortly before 8:30 Sunday night.
It happened at the intersection of Hwy. 58 and County Rd. 16, which is about six miles north of Zumbrota in Goodhue County.
The motorcycle was traveling north on Hwy. 58 when it struck a "road closed" sign at the intersection, the state crash report says.
40-year-old Sean Ryan Eskew of Zumbrota was operating the motorcycle. He was taken from the scene to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for further care of life-threatening injuries.
39-year-old Ginny Lynn Hoffman of Pine Island was riding on the motorcycle. She suffered what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries and was also brought to St. Mary’s for additional medical care.
Eskew was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and neither one of the motorcycle occupants were wearing a helmet, the report says.
The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Zumbrota Police Department and Zumbrota Ambulance also responded to the crash.
