Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has issued a community notification concerning a high-risk sex offender living in the city.

The notification involves 27-year-old Patrick Alfonzo Terrell Junior, who has been classified as a Level 3 sexual predator by the Minnesota Department of Corrections. The community notification was issued because he has moved to a different residence in the 1400 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast in Rochester.

The notification says he has a history of sexual contact with known and unknown adult females. One case involved a woman who was assisting Terrell to obtain services and a job, and another was a woman approached by him in a public place. It also says force was used to gain compliance.

In one of the cases, Terrell was convicted of a felony count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2019 and was sentenced to 24 months in prison.
