Serious Injury Motorcycle vs Car Crash in NW Rochester

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester Police are reporting that a motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a collision this morning in northwest Rochester.
A Police Department spokesperson says the car versus motorcycle crash was reported just before 10 AM at the intersection of West Circle Drive and Wilder Road Northwest just north of the Highway 14 interchange. The preliminary report on the incident indicated the car was traveling south on West Circle Drive and the driver was taking a left turn onto Wilder Road when the collision occurred with the northbound motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was transported to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment, while the driver did not appear to have been hurt. Their names have not been released.
The responding officers did not issue any citations.
