(UPDATE) Missing Minnesota Teen Found Safe
UPDATE - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has canceled a statewide missing person's alert for the 14-year-old St. Cloud girl. A news release issued Monday afternoon only says she has been located and is safe.
St. Cloud, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide missing person alert has been issued for a Minnesota teenager.
The State Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 14-year-old Emmarae Gervasi was last seen on Friday. The St. Cloud Police Department says it's believed she may have been looking for transportation to the Twin Cities.
The missing girl was leaving a home a few blocks southwest of the St. Cloud State University campus. She was wearing a black tank top with black sweatpants with Betty Bo on the backside.
Emmarae is described as white, about 5-5, with dark brown hair, and brown eyes. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200.
