You've heard of goat yoga, which sounds super fun, but what about puppy yoga? Ahh! So much cuteness in one room! And we have our very own puppy yoga class coming to Rochester, Minnesota next month.

I know plenty of people that would die to go to this, myself included. Imagine trying to do yoga with adorable little fluff balls running around you. That would be my dream.

Puppy Yoga in Rochester, MN

This puppy yoga class is the first one hosted by Paws and Claws Humane Society here in Rochester. It's taking place at their facility on Saturday, March 4th. Unfortunately, I have to break your heart a bit... the class sold out within an hour. I know, I can't believe it! I mean, I totally CAN believe it, who doesn't want to do yoga with puppies? But I can't believe we can't go!

There was so much demand for puppy yoga and so many people who are still interested in trying out puppy yoga that I wouldn't be surprised if they add more in the future (hopefully the near future).

Now, for future reference, in case they do add more classes, this class that they announced is being held from 8 - 9 AM. The cost of the class is $40 per person and all of the funds go to help animals in the care of Paws and Claws. I also saw a comment from Paws and Claws that the class would be pretty simple, so you're not a big yogi, no worries! A simple class is probably best with puppies running around too.

Keep your eyes peeled for another puppy yoga class to hopefully be announced! I'll also be watching their Facebook page like a hawk.

UPDATE: They just added a new class for next Wednesday, February 22nd, 5 - 6PM. Hopefully this one isn't sold out too by the time you see this!

Also, Paws and Claws has tons of puppies available for adoption, so if you're looking to add a furry family member, take a look!

RANKED: Here Are the 63 Smartest Dog Breeds

Does your loyal pup's breed make the list? Read on to see if you'll be bragging to the neighbors about your dog's intellectual prowess the next time you take your fur baby out for a walk. Don't worry: Even if your dog's breed doesn't land on the list, that doesn't mean he's not a good boy--some traits simply can't be measured.
