What is 'Hot Ones'?
Hot Ones is a series presented by a company called First We Feast. It started in 2015 as a goofy idea where host Sean Evans would interview celebrities while eating hot wings.
They credit their success to Kevin Hart for taking a chance on them back when they started. The rest is kind of history.
Sean Evans is an insanely talented interviewer who is always complimented on the quality of questions he asks his guests, but, of course, it could have all gone unnoticed if a big-time celebrity like Kevin Hart hadn't given the show a chance.

The hot wings that celebrities and Sean eat while on the show start quite mild and build up in intensity until they hit the 10th and hottest wing. Also, each season, the lineup of hot sauces they use changes.
What Celebrities Have Been on Hot Ones
In the past 10 years and 27 seasons, some massive names have been on the show, including Macaulay Culkin, Gordon Ramsay, Lady Gaga, Shaquille O'Neal, Billie Eilish, Post Malone, Ryan Reynolds, and Paul Rudd.
(I would absolutely love to see Taylor Swift do Hot Ones. Let's try to make that happen.)
SE Minnesota Hot Sauce Featured on Hot Ones
If you've ever watched Hot Ones, did you notice the season when there was a Southeast Minnesota-made hot sauce on the show? It was during season 23 when celebrities like John Oliver, Quinta Brunson, Gwenyth Paltrow, Shakira, and Conan O'Brien were on the show.
The company is called Sam Sa'House. I actually got to try his hot sauce at an event a year or two ago, and it's delicious. I even bought the one that was on Hot Ones without realizing it was the Hot Ones hot sauce.
The hot sauce that made it on Hot Ones was the second sauce in the lineup. It's called Smokey J.
Conan, who was the season finale guest, enjoyed the sauce while he was on the show. The spice level also wasn't an issue for him, so if you're not a spicy person, the Smokey J sauce is for you.
(You can see Conan try Somkey J at 3:52 in the video below. However, I would highly recommend watching the whole thing because it's absolutely hilarious.)
