The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory in effect for a large portion of southern Minnesota in effect until 7:00 pm tonight.

The Wind Advisory includes Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Le Sueur, Olmstead, Steele, and Waseca Counties (+more).

Winds of 25 to 35 mph could gust as high as 50 mph this afternoon and evening.
