Every year, at Johnson's Giant Pumpkin Farm in Saginaw, Michigan, there's a message in the corn-maze. You can only see it if you're above it (or you're using an app that tracks your movements and you can go thru in the proper way to make your app spell out the message). As is the case with so many businesses this year, the message is about the Covid-19.

What's the message cut in the 13 acres of corn mazeness? "Covid Go Away."

In a story on MLive, the owner Gerald Johnson said,

“We kicked around a bunch of different ideas...And then, just out of the blue, we decided, you know, everybody’s tired of COVID, let’s just do something on the light side and have fun with it because that’s what people come out to the farm for is to have fun.”

They've been in business for 35 years and I'm guessing part of it has to do with a sense of humor, right? In the end, it helps keep us sane and, as Mr Johnson said on MLive, they just want people to be considerate. Maybe the touch of humor will help with that.
