Ok....Mark is gone hunting in Colorado (Elk) So hurry before he gets back! For sale by owner!

No joke, wifey posted the local bar for sale while hubby's out of town, and she's not kidding. I actually reached out to confirm it was legit and it is!

Mark and Sherri have owned BJ's Bar and Grill in Theilman since 2007. They purchased the campground on the property back in 2017.

Sherri took to Facebook earlier today to announce that the bar is officially for sale by owner. The post has since been edited to say that Mark is now aware they are selling.

They will continue to have ownership of the campground, but you could own the bar which is also a go-to wedding venue. Plus, she mentioned in the post that you'll get a permanent camping spot.
