According to KARE 11, the brains behind La Doña is Sergio Manancero. He was born and raised in Minnesota, but his family is from Uruguay. Making him the perfect person to bring the two together.

There are several Cevezas on the menu, including Mexican Lager, IPA and more. You can actually try a beer infused with mango or Serrano peppers. They'll also be serving Micheladas. It's their take on a classic Mexican beverage with a Minnesota twist.

You can expect to see an amazing collection of artwork and murals. They also have a mini turf soccer field on the outdoor patio. But wait, there's more - they will host several yoga events this month at the brewery for just $10, Salsa nights, food trucks and more.
