My Christmas 2016 In 5 Pictures

The holidays really ARE the most wonderful time of the year, so here's how I spent some of my Christmas vacation.

Hopefully, you got to spend some time with family and friends over the holiday weekend. On Christmas Eve, we usually host a small holiday get-together at our house here in Rochester. This year, we decided we'd all wear our best Ugly Sweaters.

For dinner this year, we fired up the grill and toss on some steaks. We also had a quick Jack Daniels tasting. (Ever since we toured the Jack Daniels distillery in Tennessee in October, we've been interested in trying the various whiskeys Jack Daniel's makes, so we set up all the various varieties we've purchased to see if we could taste a difference.)

And, of course, the always-popular holiday drink, the Tom and Jerry (a Christmas Eve tradition in my family), made an appearance too.
