New Daycare Business Proposed For Northwest Rochester

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A new daycare business is being planned at a site near Rochester’s Country Club Manor neighborhood.
The Casa de Corazon daycare is being proposed for a 2-acre site located in the southeast quadrant of W. Circle Dr and Highway 14.

The proposed project calls for an 11,000 square foot single-story building and a 24 space parking lot.
The proposal is scheduled to be presented to the city Planning and Zoning Commission Wednesday evening. The Community Development staff is recommending approval of the project.
