Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police were called to a northside apartment complex Thursday night after a witness spotted a car drive into the parking lot with a man in the back seat waving a gun out the window.

The car had left Essex Apartments before officers arrived but it was spotted nearby. After a brief, slow-speed chase the driver stopped in the parking lot of the 37th St Hy-Vee  gas station.

Officers ordered the three occupants of the car to get out under what's known as a high-risk apprehension.

Two guns were found in the vehicle, one in the front seat and the other in the rear. Police learned one of the guns had been stolen.

Two of the three men were arrested.
