Rochester Man Accused of Raping Teenager at Local Motel

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  A Rochester man has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a teenager.

The female victim says the sexual assault occurred early Sunday at a local motel where a high school graduation party was held.

The victim says she was sleeping on a pullout couch with two female friends when 33-year-old Pang See came in from an adjoining room and began fondling her. She says he left but came back and her two friends woke up and apparently scared him off.

The two friends decided to leave and that’s when the victim says See came into her room a third time and raped her.

The victim’s friends talked her into going to the hospital Sunday afternoon and police were notified. See was arrested Tuesday on five counts of criminal sexual conduct.
