Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police arrested a man Thursday after he reportedly threatened two men with a knife and then tried to run them over with a car.

Police were contacted around 4 p.m. by a witness who saw the car drive at the two men while they were at a picnic table behind the Fairview Apt. building near the county fairgrounds. The men were not hurt.

The two men told officers they got into an argument with 46-year-old Roland Outlaw and he threatened them with a butcher knife. A short while later, he got into his car and drove at them before leaving. He was later located and taken to jail.
