Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester City Council has given preliminary approval to a new housing project consisting of nearly 120 single-family houses the developer plans to rent, not sell.
The proposal from North Rock Real Estate is called Preserve at West Circle.
It is located at the northwest corner of Jordyn Road NW and 19th Street NW, just west of the CineMagic Hollywood 12 Theatres.
The development calls for a mix of slab-on-grade homes and full basement walkouts and a community clubhouse. In a memo to the city, the developer says “The single-family community-for-rent will provide a unique housing option for the City of Rochester.”
