Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The reconstruction of Collegeview Rd SE in Rochester is scheduled to move into its second phase Monday.

Motorists should expect delays during construction.

 

Work has been underway in the area between 19 Ave SE and East Circle Dr. As part of the new phase, Collegeview Rd will open to traffic between East Circle Dr. to the east entrance of the RCTC Heintz Center. 

Collegeview Rd will be closed between 19th Ave and the Campus Dr/ RCTC Heintz Center main entrance.

The $5-million project is scheduled to be wrapped up by the end of October. It includes grading, concrete surfacing, and a roundabout.
