Rumor Round-Up: Did Husband Give Bride Chris Stapleton As A Wedding Gift?

Well, it's certainly a creative wedding gift idea! This rumor is true!

Bride Stephanie Braun and her husband Officer Ryan Braun really wanted Chris Stapleton to play at their wedding, but they found out he was already playing in their city the same night.

They gave up hope on getting Chris to come to them. The couple chose "Tennessee Whiskey" as their first dance song, and settled for that, but friends and relatives banded together to try to make seeing Chris a possibility.

Sure enough, it worked! They got in touch with the right people. Taste Of Country explains, "After the first dance at their reception, the couple were essentially kidnapped and taken next door to the backstage area at Riverbed Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, where Stapleton was playing." and then, magic! They were treated the Chris Stapleton show they always wanted.

After Chris played for them, he gifted them with a signed guitar! How cool is that!? I'm not jealous, at all...
