It was a cold morning in southeast Minnesota. There was a 'wind chill advisory' this morning with a wind chill of -33 below zero.

With that being said, I conducted a little experiment that I learned in science class at Kasson-Mantorville when I was younger.
It's so cold, I took a cup of really hot water and threw it into the air. The air temperature actually took the scalding hot water and turned it into snow and ice, right before my eyes in one second. See the video for yourself. - Alan
