This Brand New Rochester Home Looks Straight Off Pinterest

I love watching Rochester grow. And, one of my favorite parts of that growth is seeing all of the fantastic new construction homes popping up around town.

Because let's be real, these aren't your average cookie-cutter new builds. Some of them are on a whole different level.

Case in point: this latest home looks like it popped straight off my Pinterest board.

It's tucked away in the Royal Oaks Farm neighborhood, sitting on nearly 6 acres of beautifully wooded land at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The home sits way back on the property, giving you that ultimate privacy feel while still living in town.

And then you walk inside.

It’s over 6,000 square feet of absolute perfection. Gigantic windows, 10-foot ceilings, and a design that brings a lot of the outdoors inside. The warm tones, natural textures and wood ceiling accents - yes, please.

My absolute favorite part, though, has to be the outside setup. Between the incredible screened-in porch, the covered patio, and a private creek winding right through the trees, you could easily spend the whole day out back. I mean, the only thing it's missing is a pool, am I right?
