Beyond the significance of the announcement date and the album's cover, the songs on this new album tell his story in a way he couldn't previously.

Talking to Taste of Country Nights, Rice made it clear the song is biographical.

It's the second-to-last track to be revealed off the Hardy-curated 'Hixtape: Vol 2,' which comes out Dec. 10.
