Chateau Theater

One resolution involves finding the money to cover a judgement against the city involving the Chateau Theater.

The City has been ordered to pay damages to a firm that was hired to operate the historic downtown Rochester theater.

The St. Paul firm originally hired by the City of Rochester to operate the historic theater is seeking at least $50,000 in damages from the city.

The company claims the city failed to meet its obligations contained in the agreement.
