It's a building that's been standing for nearly 60 years in Minnesota, but it'll soon be reduced to a pile of rubble.

It's been vacant since earlier this spring, but we now know what will be happening with the site of the former Carlos O'Kellys restaurant in Rochester.

Are there options other than tearing it down because a) that was the plan when you bought it and ii) it needs repairs?
