Saint Paul only licenses liquor distributing restaurants and of course bars, so if the restaurants don't have a liquor license in Saint Paul, they technically don't have to abide by the new order.

17 people were arrested over the span of the operation, and members of the joint operation witnessed gunfire from a stolen vehicle, an Amber alert, a squad being rammed by a suspect trying to flee, use of a tire deflating tool to end a pursuit, and members were involved in two separate foot pursuits with fleeing suspects.

Minnesota is starting to see pop-up little free blockbusters in neighborhoods, which offers free movies for people to take and use then return like a book-related concept the free little library.

One takeaway from the study and list was that the rats seemed to have become much more aggressive in their pursuit of food.

When they called 911, Samuels was told the police weren't coming as the dispatcher on the other end said "They’re real busy tonight".
