A staff member had spotted the individual, who is not associated with the school, in close proximity to the school grounds.

Three people were involved in the collision.

Responding deputies found smoke coming from the building’s roof and several occupants outside of the building.

The crash caused the temporary closure of the northbound lane of Hwy. 42.

Both the semi and tractor were traveling south on Hwy. 42 when they collided.

The traffic stop occurred over the Labor Day weekend.

Both incidents occurred on Thursday morning.

An Olmsted County Sheriff’s deputy was conducting stationary radar when they observed a vehicle speeding.

The charges say the case started on July 12, when the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded to a missing person report in Stewartville.

Deputies responded to the collision around 3:45 Sunday morning.
