The victim was on an electric scooter and suffered likely fractures on one of his legs.

Police reported finding thousands of videos and images stored on his cell phone and other electronic devices.

The charges say the 37-year-old man met the victim on Snapchat.

Rochester Police say they are also aware of similar crimes occurring in nearby communities.

He had been accused of striking a man on the head and then repeatedly punching him after the victim fell to the ground.

The same woman was previously charged in connection with a shooting that left her with a gunshot wound to her lower body.

Court records show he was arrested after crashing into two vehicles and a building before fleeing on foot.

He was convicted of sexually assaulting a young child.

Both of the "cold case" homicides occurred in April, one in 2007 and the other in 2020.

The case was scheduled to go to trial next week.
