According to Neighborhood Scout, there are nearly 46,000 single-family homes and apartments in Rochester. 67% of our fellow Rochesterites own their home, while 32.9% rent. And, the average median home price in Rochester right now is $232,567-- thanks to the fact that home prices have appreciated by over 53% over the last 20 years.
