Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) - Federal authorities in Minnesota have filed charges against two Minnesota men accused of throwing Molotov cocktails into a government building during the weekend rioting in the Twin Cities.

24-year-old Garrett Ziegler of Long Lake and 32-year-old Fornandousl Henderson of Savage were arrested after Apple Valley police were sent early Friday to investigate a fire alarm at the Dakota County Government Center in Apple Valley and found broken windows, along with smoke and flames on the west side of the building. They also found broken glass jars and intact glass jars filled with ignitable liquid and a charred red bandanna.

In addition, they discovered some car keys in the grass next to the facility that belonged to a car parked outside a neighboring business. It was determined the vehicle was registered to Ziegler and a search of the car led to the recovery of a store receipt for items used to make Molotov cocktails. The two men were later located on a road near the Government Center in Apple Valley and were taken into custody.
