A race around the bases ended with a big surprise!

During Sunday's Twins 7-0 sweep of the Chicago White Sox, a Minnesota military mom was reunited with her four kids.

The kids -- brothers Keaton and Kennedy and sisters Riley and Jade -- were chosen for the Sunday tradition Race Around the Bases. Paired in twos, they raced around bases, stopping at each to put on gear like a jersey, pants and helmet.

Waiting at home plate was their mom Staff Sergeant Tanya Weber who's been on deployment in Kuwait for 10 months.
