Traffic cams and witnesses reported a vehicle fire clogged northbound Highway 52 this afternoon for about an hour near 12th Street SW in Rochester, Minnesota.

Not much is known at this time, though it appears (from video and eyewitness reports on social media) around 3:30 pm, a flat bed truck collided with a utility truck and then the utility truck catching fire. You can see that in this video, courtesy Max Marie Cepelak.

No word on injuries. We are following this story and you can expect updates.
