Is A New Workout Place Opening Shop In Rochester?
No, when I said the business moving into the former Northern Lights location would make your heart beat faster, I was talking about medical supplies.
According to building permits, Arrowhealth Medical Supply is moving into the building at 511 Northern Hills Drive NE. First, though, "interior demolition of approximately 6,000 square feet of an existing 12,897-square-foot building. Finishing approximately 3,212 square feet for use by a new tenant” means only part of the building will be taken up by Arrowhealth. No word on other tenants for the remaining space.
Arrowhealth is not new to The Med City. They've been in town for many years, most recently in Valhalla Center on Elton Hills Drive NW. They're part of Rotech Healthcare Inc., which supplies "ventilators, home oxygen therapy, sleep apnea therapy, wound care solutions, and home medical equipment."
Reading about the old Northern Lights building getting a new tenant made me want to buy a home in Minnesota. How 'bout you? Here's one...
