
Winter Weather Contributes To Semi-Truck Rollover Crash On I-90
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A semi-truck crashed and rolled over in the ditch off of I-90 in snow covered road conditions Monday.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports that semi-truck and trailer, driven by 68-year-old Mark Wiggins of Millersville, Illinois, was traveling eastbound on I-90 near the Highway 52 exit Monday around 9 a.m. The driver was blinded by snow from a passing vehicle, entered the ditch and rolled. The driver was not injured in the crash.
The Rochester Fire Department also released that they responded to a crash involving three vehicles and a house in northwest Rochester (19th St and 18 1/2 Ave) Monday morning. The driver was transported to St. Mary’s hospital by Gold Cross. Police say the collision occurred when one driver ran a stop sign. No other information has been released yet.
