Tis the season of stress...
Yes, I love the holidays, BUT it's rare that I can get through it without some stress. Whether it be the shopping, the family feuds or the weather, I feel it's not uncommon to feel the stress.
Here are some easy tips to help relieve the stress in just seconds!

2. EAT AN ORANGE
I've never heard this before, but apparently Vitamin C can reduce stress and calm the body. Is there anything Vitamin C can't do?
3. GO OUTSIDE
This may or may not help this time of year. For me, the cold stresses me out more, BUT there's nothing quite like a rush of Vitamin D in the form of sunshine!
4. GO TO A DIFFERENT ROOM
A change of scenery can help you forget what you're stressed about. Take a breather and give yourself some space.
5. ROSE OIL
I've recently started using oils more often. They have an oil for virtually everything you can think of, including stress!
