Rochester, MN(KROC AM News) -s

A system that developed early Monday stretched from south-central Minnesota to western Wisconsin and produced heavy rain in some area.

The southern edge of this system began moving through Olmsted County around 6:00 AM.

The National Weather Service says half an inch or more could fall in the Rochester area.
