St Paul (KROC AM News) -  A third Twin Cities teenager has been charged with being involved in an arson fire at a store during the recent riots in Minneapolis and St Paul.

Arraigned Wednesday was 19-year-old McKenzy Dunn of Rosemount. 

Charged Tuesday were Samuel Frey of Brooklyn Park and Bailey Baldus of Ramsey, both 19-years-old. The three are facing federal charges.

They are accused of being involved in the fire and vandalism at a health and nutrition store in St Paul on May 28th The US Attorney’s office says investigators used video surveillance footage from the store to identify the three.

Prosecutors say “Frey can be seen pouring flammable hand sanitizer onto a shelving unit and lighting it on fire. Dunn can be seen standing near the shelving unit holding a bottle of flammable hand sanitizer.”

Investigators are asking the public’s help in locating other riot-related suspects that are being identified through surveillance video and photographs.
