Bundle up before heading out today because wind-chill readings are expected to be below zero for most of the day. Snow is expected to start falling overnight and continue for much of the day on Wednesday. We're not expecting major accumulations, 2-4 inches are predicted for the Rochester area, but it will be a nuisance and will create slick roads.

The good news? Temps will rebound tomorrow and stay in the 30s through next week. Light snow is also expected Thursday and Friday.
