Christmas lights are always a magical thing to see. From little kids to big kids, it still brings such a feeling of joy when you see them.
There is a place in LaCrosse that has the biggest and best display of lights in the upper midwest. It's the 'Rotary Lights', next to the LaCrosse Center.
There are over 3 and a half million lights and it takes 3,000+ volunteers to make it all happen.
Best of all, it's FREE! They do ask that you bring some canned food for the local food banks.
