Cash Reward Offered After Major Damage Discovered at Downtown Rochester Bar

Legends Bar and Grill in downtown Rochester is offering a cash reward to anyone with information on who destroyed their bathroom sink and vanity. This isn’t the first time they’ve had to deal with an issue like this, back in 2016 a urinal was ripped off the wall and shattered.
