Some areas of southeastern Minnesota have seen over a half-foot of rain.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Rochester, Dodge Center, Mantorville, Kasson, Byron, Hayfield, Oronoco, Douglas, Rock Dell, Oslo, Waltham, Chester, Salem Corners, Oxbow Park, Danesville, Genoa, and Rochester Airport.

Two rounds of heavy rainfall are expected over the next two days across portions of southern and central Minnesota
